What we collect

When you ask about a room we keep the name, phone number, email address if you give one, the dates you asked about, and anything you write in the message box. When you make a booking we keep the guest names, the dates, the room type, and the total.

Cloudflare, which hosts this site, publishes aggregate traffic figures to us — page views, referring sites, and countries. Those figures do not identify you individually and we do not join them to booking records.

Why we keep it

To confirm a reservation and to reach you about it. A phone number is the only one of these we genuinely need: if we cannot call you, the booking is not confirmed.

Who else sees it

Nobody we sell it to. Booking emails go through Cloudflare's email service; the recipient is the resort. We do not run advertising pixels or third-party analytics on this site.

How long we keep it

Enquiries we do not act on are deleted after twelve months. Confirmed bookings are kept for the accounting period, then for property records, as any Nepali business keeps its books. Nothing is exported to a mailing list.

Asking us to delete something

Email info@tbr.com.np or call+977-9801232257 and we will remove your details from our enquiries and future bookings, unless the law requires us to keep the accounting record.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie to remember a light or dark theme choice if you make one. It is not used for anything else and it does not travel to any other domain.
